This should reset the sharing settings.

If these steps fail, you may need to check if the printer driver is installed properly. Open the Control Panel and select ‘Printers and Faxes’. Right-click the printer icon and select ‘Properties’. Select the ‘Advanced’ tab and click ‘New Driver’. Select the printer driver from the list and click ‘OK’. Restart the computer and try to connect to the printer again.

If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact the manufacturer of the printer or the support team. They should be able to provide further help and identify the exact cause of the issue.
