If you have installed a printer, you can now print documents. Depending on the type of printer you have installed, you can print either in black and white or in colour. The print quality will depend on the type of printer you have installed.
To begin printing, the first thing you need to do is to open the document you want to print. Once you have the document open, you need to select the Print option in the File menu. This will open a dialogue box with options for selecting the printer and the number of copies you want to print. You can also select the page range and print quality.
Once you have selected the appropriate options, click OK to start printing. Depending on the file size and number of copies you requested, it may take several minutes for the printer to finish printing. While some printers have a display to show its progress, others will remain silent.
Once the printing is complete, the printer will produce a signal indicating that it is done. If you have installed a printer with the capability to print on both sides, the signal will indicate that it is ready for the next printing job.
